As Prime Ministers get younger, Britain could soon enjoy the beneifts of having a leader below the age of criminal responsibilty, according to the electoral commission.
"Next time we get into an illegal war, we can tell the EU to bugger off," said a spokesman, "they won't have nuffink on us. Just no comment all their questions, and our brief can sort it all out."
