A Manchester man was today said to be "Stunned" after receiving an email which asked him to attend a business meeting in March.
"It wasn't even from Groupon, Woucher, TripAdvisor, eBay, Amazon, an online pharmaceutical supplier or LateRooms" said management consultant Andy Hoddle "In fact I was so excited that I immediately posted the news on Facebook and Twitter and sent text messages to all my friends."
Although more than 24 billion emails are sent every day, the last useful one was sent in March 2007 which informed a man from London that his car's MOT was going to expire shortly. Unfortunately the man followed the advice on the email's footer and decided not to print it out. Sadly the man completely forgot about the reminder and was killed three days later when his brakes failed as he approached a railway crossing.
