You're having a bit of a bash tonight then? Of course with my advancing years I thought you'd still be around, but nowadays these things don't start until at least 1 a.m. so you're probably out preloading - is that what the Young People these days call getting pissed before you go out to save money?

Our little soiree began about 7.30 (pm), and I managed to kick everyone out by 1.15 am. The whole point was to celebrate Mr B's birthday and to get rid of all the drink we had left over from Christmas and New Year.
Didn't quite work like that though, as we now have twice as much booze.
Looks like we'll be having another one soon to get rid of even more drink...

This could be what we call in the Land of Science, the start of a positive feedback loop. Eventually all the alcohol in the world will be in your house, and we shall all come around for a knees-up. Sounds fab.
Bought a puppy yesterday, 3/4 Springer 1/4 lab - picking her up "Tilly" in 2 weeks can't wait. Daughters have gone nuts, in a good way.

Al, I think that's already happened. I believe I have single-handedly acquired all the world's booze. Thank God it's about -5 tonight, as I've had to leave most of it in boxes outside.
Fab news about your pup, and what a fab mix. She will be mental though, as she's a combination of two of the most hyperactive and bonkers breeds there are. You must send me some pics of her.

Nice thought Quaz but I think you may struggle to get through all the Advocaat first. That'll learn you for spelling Aberlour wrong.

This is a no Advocaat household!
We seem to have an over-abundance of Baileys, lager, red wine, vodka, and Sambuca (must've been something someone had left over).
