Following the recent HS2 announcement, which will cut 30 minutes off the average London to Birmingham journey time, the city and larger metropolitan area of Birmingham has decided to move to Wales, ‘possibly a small village near Aberystwyth’.
“We have just had it with these bankers and cockernees, coming here for to laugh at our accents and stuff themselves with our Baltis and that,” a spokeswoman for the mayor of Birmingham said, while a little bit of spittle ran from the corner of her mouth. “I mean, for God’s sake. It’s nice that they want to get closer and be all pally and everything, but no-one bloody asked us, did they?”
