US biker Seth Enslow has broken the World long jump record for a Hardly-Dangerous with a leap of 5.59 metres. Revving to 500 rpm Seth trundled up the launch ramp at a speed in excess of 20 mph. With an ear-shattering roar, the bike leapt skywards and was airborne for almost a second and a half. Only by slamming on the brakes as soon as he hit the exit ramp did Seth manage to come to a halt within the boundaries of the airfield where the stunt took place.
Seth attributed his success to many hours of practice on his father's tractor, launching off furrows in the fields.
"I reckon I coulda broken the 6 metre mark if I'd removed the saddle bags" said Seth.
