Social outdoor group 'Dogging4u' have criticised UK Councils for failing to meet reasonable levels of salt gritting to lay-bys during the recent arctic blasts.
Group spokesperson Mr Ben Dover, claims many councils did little to prevent health and safety risks in lay-bys across the country.
