New claims that Canada was once a member of Kyoto Protocol have been greeted with widespread skepticism. Writing in the non-peer-reviewed journal Tin Hat Wearers Monthly, Screaming "Lord" Christopher Monkton mocked claims that Canada had signed the climate change agreement. "Where is the evidence that they ever actually did anything", his "Lord"ship wrote. "This is typical warmist propaganda". He cited inconsistency in the historical data pointed out that the hockey-stick curve could never strike a puck.
