The BBC were in the firing line again today after investigative reporters found that they had used actors in a recent production of Frozen Planet.
Eight million viewers had been led to believe the scene had been captured by BBC cameramen filming wild penguins in the natural Arctic wilderness.
The latest piece of artistic licence to surface reveals the BBC had actually used extras who had failed to make the final cut in new film Happy Feet 2.
One of the actors had this to say following this revelation - "I'm more used to singing and dancing than standing around huddled in a large group but we all have to make a living somehow."
The BBC admitted that this kind of deception was "standard practice" when making such programmes. They even revealed Hanna Barbera's Yogi Bear and Boo-Boo had been hired in the early 50's before they became famous to pose as wild bears in another series of Attenborough's popular wildlife documentaries.
