Textbook is in NZ isn't he? Still not exactly a short journey for a couple of pints but he's the right side of the world at least.
I'd happily pop over to Oz for a couple of beers. But if it's on a school night I'd have to leave before I got there so that I could be back for work. Might be a bit pricey too.
Come to think of it, mobile technology has come a long way in the last few years, can't you set up some kind of video link to the Cheshire Cheese?

VCG, I have been asking someone to set up a Skype link to the NB gatherings for a while, but no-one seems to be prepared to do it.
Can we have some kind of conference call night out?
