The remaining X Factor contestants have today expressed their anger following the unexpected cancellation of the store’s Christmas television adverts, each week featuring the remaining artists performing a festive carol. Marks & Spencer executives have now confirmed that the withdrawal of the adverts was down to the budget being redirected to fund the new signature clothing range by shamed X Factor drop-out Frankie Cocozza.
M&S representative Haughty Richworth-Goldsacks appeared at a press conference this morning, stating that “Cocozza is the ideal face for the company; over-rated, expensive to support and uses poor quality material”.
