Giving any encouragement; how about:
During his appearance before a parliamentary committee, News International (NI) Chairman, James Murdoch explained why evidence from other NI employees contradicted his own statements. "We only employ liars.", he explained, "Everyone who joins News International signs a Dishonesty Clause. It makes their work as journalists so much easier, but much as someone who has signed the official secrets act cannot fully answer some questions you might ask, someone who who works for News International is legally bound to mislead you. Apart from me, obviously, that's why I come across as such a straightforward, trustworthy person."
Asked to explain huge payouts to people to avoid court cases, Murdoch said, "That's the kind of guy I am - honest, trustworthy and insanely generous; would you like a million pounds?"
