Don't forget to mention that the buyer actually came in looking for a new plug for a washing machine.
..and it took him 3 hours before he could find anyone to serve him.

.. and no, they can't deliver the shops on a Saturday, or let him know what day, and that that will be another 60 quid, and the two yobbos will back the truck onto his prize roses and shove the shops off the back "'cos the tailgate ain't workin and they're in an 'urry"
