Steve Dermott todays has claimed that the recent canvassing by the Conservative party have left hime suffering with PTSD.
Brave Mr Dermott (33) had to endure almost 25 minutes of chat about the Tory Manifesto, the economy and immigration - "the experience left me a battered shell of a man - Since then I have lost all confidence, cannot look strangers in the eye for fear they may engage me in a political discussion".
Friends and Family have stated that this is the second time he has suffered from PTSD - the first being in 2001 when he endured the Great Jehovah's Witness plague.
"From what he's been through in the last 10 years we are expecting that Steve will be mentioned in the Queen's Birthday Honours - or at least get a medal" said his Father.
