The anatomical term for a particular part of the elbow is 'anconeus'.
I once wrote a critical article of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons maladminstered nurse training programme in a journal, concluding that they didn't know their anus from their anconeus.
It gave me terrific joy, but in eight years subsequently there has never been an opportunity to reuse it. Several times I've to construct an amusing article arriving at that punch line, but unusually my prose appears a trifle forced(!)and I've never been able to incorporate it to its full potential.
So...anyone can do better?
