Former Libyan leader Mumar Gaddafi has expressed his disappointment in being overlooked for this year's Nobel Peace Prize.
"It's political correctness gone mad.", he claimed, "This year, they decided to give the prize to women wearing big hats. I've been wearing big hats for forty years and spend many hours wearing a dress. For purely medical reasons you understand; I have a problem with chafing."
