Further to the recent Jeremy Vine NiB, anyone wishing to be thoroughly reasonable about television repeats may speak to yours truly, who will be renting her gob to JV at 12.30 this afternoon. A beer and peck on the cheek to anyone who can get their views on the show under their NB pseudonym... Bisous xx

Oh dear. Looks like I'm going to miss this.
Do you know if it'll be re-broadcast at any point?

Try Dave. Or the playboy channel. Most of my back catalogue ends up on one of the two.

Very impressed by your mellifluous tones Mary. Unfortunately he didn't read out my e-mailed request to bring back Jimmy Young.

Are you Martin Lewis in the Real World, then ?
Or maybe the 76-year old motorist ?Posted 1 year ago # -
I always listen attentively to the show. Apparently it's cheaper to clean your toilet with a 76 year old granny than Domestos.
One thing about her story, I wouldn't have stopped for an unmarked car either.Posted 1 year ago # -
I missed it. Do you think it'll be repeated?

podcast is here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b014x7zp
personally speaking I was amazed that Vexed hasn't been repeated or re-commissioned

Let's say we up the ante (or, in this case, up the Auntie) and offer a cheek on the pecker? Just a thought.

Mazzer you were great. Don't know who the other slapper was. And Jeremy Vine is bit of a tosser.
Don't know about "a right load of pony" though. Oh you were on R2 I suppose. Lots of common folk listening.
Good music - Pink Floyd on one side, Crowded Arse on the other.

yay!
the bit before you was crap, the bit after you was crap... but you were good!

Ah, so you really are Mary Evans.
Well done on the broadcast: clear, reasoned & objective. Shame I can't give stars.

Thank you for tuning in, kind Sirs. It made a pleasant change to be invited on to discuss something pertaining to the day job, rather than my standard gig for Radio 2, which is as Slummy Mummy correspondent. I did a spot earlier in the year when they were debating whether it is ever acceptable to drink alcohol while looking after children (guess which side of that fence I was on...) Forgetting that my in-laws are avid Jeremy Vine fans, I was then treated to a rather awkward phone call afterwards about the welfare of their grandchildren. Thank God I had a bottle of Scotch to hand.

Is it possible to look after children without drinking alcohol - I think not! Does Jezza spit when he talks? It sounds like it.
The other tart was just plugging her programme? Spaghetti bolognese - really?

Lovely performance, may I say.
The other bint plugged her country of origin twice, the two programs she was working on, said 'I myself' and 'to be honest' and played the 'patronising' card.
I understand she was in a different studio- is that 'cos you'd have decked her?

Just realised how insulting the phrase 'the other bint' is to you Mary.
Inadvertant, I assure you...but I'll still count it, of course.
Similar of course with Al's use of 'the other tart' too. Its a conspiracy...

Well done for not swearing. Even if it meant overusing the "word" 'tut/toot'.
