I recently binned a book by The Greatest Living Yorkshireman where he had described in two some detail how Dilley's bowling action
(a) needed to be adjusted and and only a few chapters later
(b) didn't need to be adjusted.My best guess is that it was a compilation of the humble ex-playere's money-spinning newspaper columns where nobody had bothered to proof read. Or perhaps he was too busy disciplining his girlfriend at the time. Well you've got to keep them in check.
