I think upper case would only be appropriate for an enormous, ring tearing, eye watering thunder caber. A poo that leaves you breathless and a little befuddled, slumped back against the cistern with a heaving chest and a glassy stare; a crossword dropping, towel rail grabbing monstrosity of a movement that makes you scared to swivel and inspect in case your spleen is bobbing in the bowl.

That would get upper case, no quibble.
