Just to be clear: NOT intended as racist or upsetting to ethnic minorities... I meant this to relate to 'footballs' and/or 'cocaine' (both of which happen to be white) and the statement could and would equally have applied to a caucasian footballer. I make no distinction - I forgot Titus was black:
I cheered Bramble on myself many a time simply as a 'black & white...' despite the fact that he was ... just ... in fact 'shite'.
As a man who has (PAID!) watched NUFC many a time, if I hate him (not really!) its for the quality of his football, and not the colour of his skin.
I also appreciate that there is an accusation of sexual assault element to this case, which i have ignored here , not least because abusing women is far more serious than toking a wee bit o charlie, and this is not something I would wish to make fun of.. well its not funny!is it?
Against that... there are less clear cut situations like Craig Charles to think of. Anyhoo.. I have no idea whether this is entrapment of Titus, sexual abuse by him, or something in between. I am neither qualified nor entitled to comment. Unlike the football thing, where I have paid my money and shall have my tuppen'eth!!!
As to his footballing prowess though ... the ticket money paid is sufficient to warrant any speculation & comment on his activities in that regard (criminal or otherwise) without fear of redress. His race is an irrelevence:
As to speculation of his drug use: Well, I have seen him play & I hope to God he wasn't clean at the time!
He's no Les Ferdinand, that's for sure!
