"Women will be allowed to vote and stand in local elections in 4 years time. This is good. This is forward thinking." Said Dullah who runs the local station taxi rank, via an interpeter. "Although four years into the future, It's good business for us, because the government hasn't lifted the ban on women driving. If a woman wants to vote for a woman candidate, her husband won't drive her to the polling station, so we get the money." He continued "We may even have a car available with air conditioning that works and a driver whose breath smells nice and won't play loud music, but I really can't commit to this now, well, perhaps the loud music bit. That should be attainable within four years."
