Scientists have revealed that the light from the European imposed low energy bulbs moves way slower than the traditional, British invented, filament lights.
For years people have complained that low energy bulbs take ages to get to full lightness, it turns out that it was lazy, foreign photons that had to be persuaded to leave the bulb.
