I am usually inclined to treat fellows who promote their diaries on these pages with the utmost disdain, as in almost all cases the content is of miserable quality and the writer of questionable sanity.
However, the account of your incarceration has truly touched my soul.
Have faith that you are not forgotten, dear boy.
My only hope is that my words of encouragement reach you in your darkness and bring some light to your desperate situation.
I am certain that the thought of the daily indignities that you are suffering will keep me awake at night.

All fine except it says 'The Prison Dairies' on the blog. I suspect this is because he's milking it.

Yep, quite funny.

Sorry, that was really dismissive sounding. I meant 'excellent and brilliant'. 5 stars, even if it doesn't fit the NB format.

Good stuff.
When my brother was in prison he started an online diary too.
But someone nicked it.
Are we allowed to make jokes like that here?Cheers

Oxbridge is mentioned a few times in this. Is this your work, Oxbridge? Brilliant if it is. And if it isn't. The comments from 'the army' are a highlight.

Especially liked this bit (from Day 8 of his diary):-
"In prison men often form close bonds with other inmates, one taking a subservient, masculine part, the other the dominant, female role. The men in the latter category are usually referred to as ‘Daphnes,’ and can most often be found haranguing their live-in partners about the state of their cell."
Also especially liked the letter of support he received from Ross Kemp:-
