Soon to be ex-Mayor of London Boris Jonnson has been installed as favourite in the search to find the consumate buffoon for next year's Olympic Games. The jocular ungainly ex-Bullingdon figure of fun is expected to stumble away with the coverted title, once his tenure in office comes to a humiliating end at the hands of the electorate next May. In a less than democratic process, ironically put in place by Mr. Johnson himself, it is believed London 2012's Idiot will be chosen personally by the incoming Mayor...widely expected to be smug marginally left of centre ex-Mayor Ken Livingstone. The decision, seen by many as vindictive but wholly justified retribution for the manner in which Mr. Johnson let down the entire country at the closing ceremony in Beijing, will be made immedately after the reult of the Mayoral election is announced. Other individuals with strong links to London that have been mooted as possible contenders...and who may have no other commitments, include ex Metropoliton Police Commissioner Sir Paul Stevenson and Arsene Wenger.
