offlineMemberLou: I recently submitted a sub I was extremely proud of and had huge hopes for about a chef making some soufflees and there were 9/11 refernces sprinkled into it. It was a devious little gem which challenged people to figure out what it was about.
And it flopped.
Was it because people here are too stupid?
No it was because I was being a self indulgent wanker.

This article flopping was no big deal, just the treatment I got! :)
Though I think part of the failure was due to making an article about an American TV Show and presenting it to a UK audience. Even in America it would have been a niche topic, in the UK even more so. :)
