Robbie Savage has admitted that he only signed up to appear on Strictly Come Dancing so he could get close to fit women without landing in trouble with the missus.
The ex-footballer told his followers on Twitter that he couldn't wait to get his hands on his new partner:
"I am prepared to get loads of stick but it gives you a free pass to be intimate with another woman" said the Welsh footballer.
Robbie tweeted that he had his eye on two stunning pro dancers
"I want Natalie Low or Aliona Vilani. Wow!"
But the combative midfielder was taken aback by the decision of Strictly Come Dancing producers to pair him with a sheep:
"I will get slaughtered on Twitter by Rio Ferdinand and Joey Barton" said Robbie after having his first fake spray tan session.
Robbie had already been on the receiving end of Twitter banter after being called "the Douglas Bader of the dance floor" by a tweeting wellwisher.
But it looks like Robbie might have the last laugh after the sheep complained to BBC bosses about being paired with "bignose" Robbie Savage:
"I am not going to be seen on national TV dancing with that Welsh bell-end" said the angry sheep as it legged it after refusing to take part in the programme.
