Usain Bolt has continued to court controversy at the World Athletic Championships in Daegu at the 200 meters race after seemingly being unable to stop running at the finishing line.
Bolt had previously been disqualified from the Men's 100 meter finals after a false start. Officials were left perplexed after Bolt continued to run after securing his 19.40 second victory in today's race - there is currently no penalty for a false finish.
As Bolt continued to race around the track he seemed to mouth to the TV cameras that he was unable to stop. The medal ceremony had to be hastily rearranged, and officials using a long stick managed to place the gold medal around Usain's neck on the second attempt.
