The two things to ever come out of Iceland are in fact both fundamental parts of a complex whole, the country revealed yesterday.
Rather than actually being a volcano, the Iceland 'volcano' was in fact a new lyricless concept song by Icelandic singer Bjork entitled 'fuck you everybody'.
Iceland told press that the 'song' is both innovative and cutting edge, and music experts have said that the song may force other artists to start thinking more about using natural disasters as their material from now on.
In response to the song, which has reached number one in all western European music charts, scottish band Franz Ferdinand already plans to release a tsunami of gargantuan proportions into the UK music charts next week, while Bjork, who was unavailable for comment, is rumoured to be working on a forest fire that will engulf western Europe as soon as its volcano-ruined summer fizzles out.
