Anyone want to give it a crack? I can't flesh my idea out, but I do think that David Cameron wearing some sort of tabard would look good accompanying an FP.

DO NOT DISTRUB DRUG TAKING IN PROGRESS
A row has broken out over a hospital trust’s decision to give patients ‘Do Not Disturb’ uniforms to wear during routine ward duties to prevent nurses from speaking to them.
When patients are wearing the bright red tabards, nurses have to address any concerns about how good the gear is on their ward to the patient’s drug dealer.
The hospital says interruptions, such as nurses asking questions about cutting cocaine with baking powder, sharing crack pipes and dirty needles can spoil a patient’s overall hallucinogenic trip.
But Karl ‘Jagga’ Jenkins from campaign group Patient Concern said the initiative was grotesque.... ‘patients might well be tripping out of their heads on some particularly wicked china white but it don’t mean they’re not able to put you in touch with your local drug baron.
Babbling on about spiders eating your eyes out can send completely the wrong message during visiting hours but at least it proves they’re on some seriously good shit’

There was a mcdonalds 'do not disturb' uniform NiB wasn't there? Is this what that was from? In which case I won't bother having a go at it.
Was going to do something with politicians having the uniforms, so people don't ask them inconvenient questions about the long term sustainability of the current economic policy when they're trying to fill out expenses, otherwise they could accidentally mis-claim.
And Ed Milliband saying that any politician who can't do 2 things at once isn't much of a politician, while juggling and riding a unicycle.
