Contrary to rumours of his failing health, Apple last night revealed ex-CEO Steve Jobs is actually being uploaded to the company's new virtual environment, the iCloud.
"We realized we couldn't continue to reveal a thinner, lighter version of Steve every year at Apple product launch events," spokesperson for the company said. "So we thought, wouldn't it be cool to create a completely virtual Steve?"
While final details are being kept under wraps, Jobs is expected to 'exit the meatspace' and be fully uploaded by the end of the year.
"Instead of having to crowd around him in the same room, friends and relatives will be free to share and enjoy the same great Steve, seamlessly, wherever they go. Just as long as they have a wireless signal. And a paid subscription to iCloud, of course..."
