And I can honestly say, I have never used, nor previously heard the phrase: "Life taking accident".
I can only assume it's a type and should be "changing" rather than "taking"

That article reads like it's been written in Japanese and then badly translated or something.
The picture is absolutely priceless though. It's like somebody has been giving him instructions on posing for the photo:

VCG, the author is Pratibha Minhas so I'm guessing (s)he is probably not Japanese but that English was not the original language.
I hadn't spotted that, I'm sticking with my original guess of Japanese though. Good traditional Japanese name Pratibha...
