I had a MacMegrahi once, with large fries. Felt really ill afterwards, thought it was serious, but then miraculously felt better as soon as I got home.

Up here in Inverclyde we called him Big Al MacGrahi. HMP Greenock FC lost a hell of a right winger when he left and the team hasnae been the same since. He had pace, stamina and rode a hard tackle with the best of em. Never missed a game, nor a training session. Since he left we all refer to him as sick-note, which is apt as Big Al used to say he'd like to watch London Burning too...
