Blackburn today have announced that Steve Kean will be sacked immediately as managaer following the diasterous start to the 2011 / 12 Premiership season.
The Indian poultry and pharmaceutical giants Venky's which own the Lancashire club have announced that the new manager will be selected from a shortlist of the top 100 Fantasy Football Managers entered in Barclays Premier League Fantasy Football League.
"We are putting in place a new website where the new manager can select his team, issue instructions and guide the team from the comfort of their own home, that way they don't have to step foot anywhere near Blackburn - which has been off putting to some recent candidates"
