The bullying system in the present government is incoherent, unfocused and short-sighted, oppostion leader David Cameron claims. He plans to introduce a far more discliplined, well ordered system on minion bashing.
'New labour wrecked wrecked the fagging system," said Cameron, "but under the conservatives, fagging will be re-established in its full glory."
