The PM began proceedings in the conventional manner:"Mr Speaker I have had meetings this morning and later I will be having more and all the rest of it."
Speaker called Mr Ed Miliband who said:"Can the PM categorically state that he has plans to deal with the deficit and all the rest of it?"
PM replied:"The Right Hon member knows perfectly well the answer to that and all the rest of it."
Miliband:"Mr Speaker, this is the same reply the PM gave to my question about phone-hacking, the Libyan crisis and all the rest of it."
The PM:"I refer the Right Hon member to the answer I gave some moments ago and all the rest of it."
Laughter, shouting and all the rest of it break out in the chamber.
Speaker:"If members continue to act in this way I will take the usual measures and all the rest of it. So don't."
The House rose for lunch and all the rest of it.
