I just looked it up on Wikipedia, and it's all there:
Summary
Rebekah of Sunny Brooks Farm is an American musical film starring Bonnie Langford as Rebekah. It tells the story of a talented kid's trials and tribulations after winning a top job in a newspaper. The show features Langford singing a medley of her hit tunes and a show-stopping scene in which she tells the important people in the big spiky Parliament building that if they don’t leave her alone, “I’ll thcream and thcream and thcream until I’m thick!”Plot
Digger regards Rebekah as a burden and dumps her when the pressure is on him. Kameron lives next door, recognizes Rebekah, and decides to feature Rebekah on his Parliament show. When Aunt Milliband refuses to allow Rebekah to associate with him, Kameron broadcasts secretly from his house with Rebekah joining him on the sly.
Digger hears Rebekah's broadcast and returns looking for easy money. As Rebekah's legal guardian, he forces Kameron to surrender the child. He takes her away from her friends and loved ones to New York City. There, he signs a contract to employ Rebekah in an American newspaper. When Rebekah suddenly develops a conscience and cannot edit the newspaper , Digger angrily voids the contract and sells his legal guardianship to Aunt Milliband for $5,000. Rebekah reveals to her friends she feigned a conscience to free herself from Digger. The film ends with Rebekah, Kameron and Aunt Milliband performing a dance to the song “On the Good Ship Murdipop”.

Hi Jeni
I am much better now, thank you very much for asking. I have just been released from rehab, as they thought they had cured me of my Newsbiscuit addiction, but looks like they were wrong (hehehe! I didn't want to go to rehab I said no no no!) Ahem! Sorry! Bad taste! They didn't cure me of tht either.
So how have things been here at the biscuit? Judging by the lack of stars this contribution got, it looks like my quirky sense of humour is still unappreciated!
And how are you? Have you been popping out any more sprogs?
That "all new" catwoman look is still the same as when I was last here, which must have been eons ago. I'm not saying it's not a good look, though. I had it blown up to A1 size and stuck on my cell wall in rehab. It's the only thing that got me through....
Well must go and take my medication (or was it meditation? I forget)
CIAO for now
