Liam Fox has announced that rather than issuing troops with expensive guns and ammunition, in future British troops will be issued with shaving foam. Recent tests have shown how effective this new weapon can be, particularly when used in conjunction with a “dinner plate”. However, Labour have already accused the government of failing to order enough plates leaving troops exposed to potential attack with only cans of foam to defend themselves.
