MoD officials say that they intend to float the carpark from the troubled retailer's head office in Liverpool as a low cost replacement for the £10bn aircraft carrier. All we need is a ruddy great dingy and a man to change the markings on the new "deck". And, to be fair, who's going to want to use a car park in Liverpool?
