Massachusetts is full of rotaries. No one from anywhere else in the US (except New Jersey) has the slight-fucking-est idea how to drive in one. The simple rule is: once you're in, you have the right of way. When it is stated that there are 3,000 in the US, about 2,800 of them are most likely in office parks or gated communities.
