Brilliant.
That's a prime example of irresponsible journalism, the rebels have clearly told the journalist that these talks are secret, yet they've gone and announced them in a news story.

offlineMemberWhat's secret about it? Everybody knows what they're trying to do and if for any reason you want to keep a secret it's best not to tell a journalist.
