Now that the controversy of whether I'm a man pretending to be a hot lesbian in order to engage with other hot lesbians has been well and truly put to rest, I'm glad that the blog can get back to tackling important world news stories from the super-hot firm-breasted soaped-up lesbian point of view.
And no doubt about it, this week's top world news story is the unfolding drama of excessive cleavagegate, where staff at NHS trusts in Hertfordshire, England have been told to cover up their midriffs and cleavages while at work.
Regular readers will know that before my hot lesbian news blog took off, I also worked as a nurse, and I always knew that when I was at work, I was a nurse first and foremost and a hot, horny, firm-bodied lesbian second.
But where was that line? Without clear guidelines, it was often left to personal judgement.
I remember one occasion where a doctor asked me to do an examination on a patient in a private room - an attractive female college student with no obvious signs of illness. The doctor thought there might be something wrong with her firm D-cup breasts, so while he went away to check on some charts, I asked her to slowly unbutton her pyjamas and then I had a listen to her breasts with my stethoscope. I was professional of course, but I couldn't help noticing what a stunning pair of boobs she had, and made a casual remark about how beautiful they were.
She giggled, and said it was only fair that I should show her mine now. I took it as a joke at first, but I noticed her nipples getting harder...well one thing led to another, and to cut a long story short, I was only just putting my nurse's hat back into place when the doctor came in with the charts.
I didn't feel I had crossed the line - it was just a bit of fun, after all - but I could see that others might see things differently. The point was, that precise scenario wasn't in my HR manual, so it was a grey area.
The NHS is the biggest employer in Europe, and employs a huge, diverse workforce in a wide variety of roles with some staff non-uniform. It must be a constant struggle for HR departments to delineate clearly what is and isn't acceptable across such a massive organisation, while taking into account the various stakeholders' genuinely felt opinions.
I welcome the approach taken by East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust, who avoided a knee-jerk reaction, instead working together with the unions to deliver a sensible, clear set of guidelines that everyone can live with, and which complies with the relevant equality and human rights regulations.
Me and my super-hot Japanese girlfriend, Akiko, were just saying in the shower last night, as we were soaping up each other's firm breasts, that we hope this model for cooperation between management and unions can be a best-practice template for others as the threat of industrial action looms in so many sectors.
I still have my uniforms from my nursing days, and as you can imagine, Akiko and I love to act out our fantasies in them. What would really spice up our hospital role-play lesbian romps would be a lonely middle-aged guy to play the part of the patient, but we have no idea how to find the kind of slightly overweight, maybe balding middle-aged guy who is willing to join in.
If any other super-hot firm-breasted lesbians with hospital fantasies that involve a balding, slightly overweight middle-aged guy in the patient role have found an answer to this conundrum, help a sister out - please get in touch.
