The worlds press have been shown to have been jumping on the bandwagon when a world famous blog about a Tom McNomates, a supposed student in Edinburgh, protesting against his authoritarian professor, was proved to be a hoax. The real Blogger, a lesbian in Damascus, said 'It may have been fiction but its all based on facts'. Head of MI6 said on a morning chat show he was "outraged, hurt and confused" when he found his picture was falsely being used on the bogus blog.
