The Pope proclaimed we must take responsibility for our actions instead of blindly relying on the divine for guidance. Fate and destiny are things of the past. The Pope emphasized we live in a world where each action is dictated by the previous one. Belief in the supernatural will not help us change the decisions we make in life.
When prodded by reporters, the Pope admitted it was all made up anyways. He noted, "God did not create man, man created God."
