One would hope that he would then be booked. Although the FA delegation will probably be standing in the stalls yelling 'off, off, off.' to try and sway the ref to a harsher decision. Most of the other members of FIFA will probably counter by claiming the ref got the wrong man before launching into 'You're not singing any more.'
