At least in this country we did the decent thing and got rid of them a long time ago.

I remember liking Hale and Pace. Can't remember anything about their act at all, just watching them on tv and enjoying it. But I was about 9 at the time I think.
Bill Hicks is an absolute legend, was introduced to him by the film Human Traffic. Think I've exhausted all off the stuff of his on youtube so might actually have to buy some to hear any more.
It's just a ride...
