John Ryan, the writer of the Captain Pugwash books, successfully sued The Guardian for repeating the baseless urban legend that the Captain Pugwash names were rude.
Let this be a warning - do not repeat baseless allegations in public!
Now, changing the subject completely, who should be in the next England Team - David James? Peter Crouch? And should it be commentated on by Richard Keys, who thrashes all the other commentators by whipping up enthusiasm.
