Oh clever! Just tell him the Libyans are innocent newspaper sellers, and he'll be in there in full body armour, baton bashing away. Then he can deny the evidence of the cctv.
You could send Prince Harry in there too - give him a machine gun and tell him the Libyans are journalists...
