Moderate Welsh totty Imogen Thomas has been granted a Counter Injunction, after her lawyers argued that banning the media reporting of her romps from bed to bed of the rich and pedally-gifted amounted to a restraint of trade.
Judge Algernon Parsnip heard detailed reports explaining the Imogen was officially categorised as a 'Slapper Celebrity', and that her sole means of income was derived from a recurrent 'pull-shag-blab' cycle of media exposure. He retired to study some of the literature closely.
Having invested substantial time and lubrication on her latest project, it was a serious restraint of trade to deny her the pay-day resulting, argued Imogen's lawyer Gilbert Spatchcock QC.
In handing down his judgement (which was found to be a little sticky)Judge Parsnip offically granted a Counter-Injunction, requiring all newspapers to publish at least a half page interview supported by three pictures, with personal recomendation of the snatch shot in the back of the taxi.
