Wrexham station staff were left bemused yesterday when David Cameron attempted to board a train accompanied by a pet LibDem. “We welcome guide-dogs or small pets in boxes”, said a spokesman, “but taking a redundant politician on board is simply irresponsible. It’s unfair on the LibDem too – he would be far happier grazing in a field with no responsibilities, as nature intended”
Today more CCTV images have emerged of the PM and his clumsy plodding companion waiting in line at a hospital A&E department, and approaching the bar in a pub. “There’s a punchline in there somewhere” said the barman “but clegg me sideways if I can think of it”
