In the 1980's, I worked for a large mutual fund company who would arrange hookers for their top salesmen. (No saleswomen in those days.) They are still going strong, and thought by the public to be very old line respectable.

Charles, I agree. What a motivational tool! Only the best salesmen could have sex with the hottest prostitutes. Genius. The others had to get hand love from hookers who looked like Arnold Schwarezenegger's housekeeper.
