Hollywood hopefull are lining up at auditions for the upcoming epic biopic on the life and times of Osama Bin Laden. Given the success of the various flicks on 9/11 attacks and global terrorism, movie moguls see this as the ideal way to draw in minority audiences during the upcoming holiday season.
With Jeff Goldblum slated to play Osama and Mel Brooks already confirmed as Kahlid Sheikh 'Squealer' Mohammed other A-listers have already poured praise over the script and director Steven Spielberg. "I just felt that this was something I needed to make," said Speilberg, "it shows how you can be bad and good at both the same time, with the opposite also being true."
Even lesser parts are seen as competitive with Sarah Jessica Parker playing either Wife 2, Wife 3 or Wife 7.
However, Spielberg has played down initial rumours that this would be a musical. "We thought about doing a an Osama-lama-sing-song but felt that we wouldn't capture the true gravity of this stunning tale. Oh, and we had to re-write the ending because no-one would believe it," He commented.
